Welcome to my website

I have been teaching yoga for over three and a half years and have a range of clients – those wanting to keep fit, tackle their back issues, help with their position in horse riding or playing tennis and golf, cycling, becoming more flexible, helping with managing stress, getting older and challenges that that brings.  The classes are small and in a relaxed environment. It is a time to recharge your battery and leave your problems outside the door for an hour or so.  I hope that you will become part of my life.

January 2020

Classes start again 6 January  .. working through a number of different breathing techniques which help you with sleeping better, controlling stress, easing headaches, helping with improving digestion and most importantly giving you a greater awareness of your breath when holding postures in yoga.

Will work on new postures, new flows using some of the postures used.  Looking at each week, postures and flows to help with different parts of the body.  One week may be looking at holding tension in the neck and shoulders; another week working on core and stability and balance; another week looking at twists helping supple the spine. Each week find little improvements in your flexibility and muscle tone and general fitness.  Please contact me if you are interested.

I do provide 1 to 1 sessions, family sessions and also corporate sessions.  Some of the yoga classes are geared around equestrians and I have a number of keen cyclists and runners in my classes too. Yoga can help with all aspects of sports helping to heal the body and stretch the hamstrings.
