Yoga – combination of Hatha and Flows with relaxation and breathing – Private sessions available
I have been teaching yoga for 7 years and have done Courses in Menopause and BackCare and am currently finishing a 2 year Yoga Therapy Diploma. Yoga for me allows me to enjoy walking, riding and manage everyday stresses. I believe that yoga is for everyone and yoga helps to bring an awareness to your body, enables people to breathe and live a more active life
Beginners welcome!
Small Classes of up to 8 people in a session. Based in a private studio with plenty of parking in South Tadley.
Each session is different but we will build from the first session on a number of postures incorporating them into flows. The Yoga practiced is mainly Hatha influenced. Yoga can help in so many levels – you work at your own pace and soon will begin to feel the benefits of practicing from the breathing, stretching, strengthening and fitness. Each session will end with relaxation and breathing. The classes are small with up to 8 people. Some of the sessions were built around Equestrians, but all the postures help people who do other physical activities – gardening, tennis, golf, cycling, triathlons or nothing at all … everyone should find yoga of benefit to their daily life.
